Customer Service Feedback – The Prizes for Filling out the Survey’s are Paid Out!

December 22, 2010 8:54 am

It seems like all your favorite companies that you shop at are trying to get feedback on your experience..and how do they do it?..via surveys.  Check out the receipts you get after a day of shopping and chances are they are asking you to visit a survey link online...or sometimes call a number to answer a few questions on the customer service you received...and the incentive?...usually a chance to win a gift certificate or cash or something like this.

When I was first thinking of writing this article, I was going to request if anyone out there was ever successful in winning anything?  Certainly friends of friends may have a success story if they were curious like I was, and completed the surveys from time to time...right?  Well, I am proud to say that I have officially "won" an item from completing a survey.

The store:  Chapters.  The prize:  $200 Apple Gift Card.

I have already received the card and plan on taking advantage of it during Boxing Day madness, but I wanted to share my good fortune out there so you know that these surveys do have winners...and in this case...it was me.  So whether you are buying groceries or Industrial computers, keep the receipts, fill out the surveys, and win some prizes! It’s nice to know that when giving gift cards, I’m free to use them on whatever I want. I’m a big fan of t-shirts, especially custom ones – so some spiderman t-shirts or other types of graphic t-shirts are perfect for someone like me.

It should be noted that for PetSmart, the current promotion is that everyone wins!!  All customers who share their feedback receive $3 off your next purchase...which for a 30 second survey is pretty good use of time for free pet food.

Christmas Is Coming!

November 4, 2010 11:42 pm

So Halloween is over.. it's November 5th and right around the corner it's going to be December and with that, comes all the gift-wrapping, busy malls, photo holiday cards, and let's not forget the great food that we're going to be eating!

My question to you now is, are you ready? Wouldn't you love to be done early and spend the great days leading up to Christmas in your nice warm home surrounded by your pets and loved ones? I know I would, in fact if I remember well it was something that I was going to try to do last year but never got around to it - it was just too difficult unfortunately. So this year, I'm going to try it again.. hell maybe practice makes perfect.

Always try to help a friend in need

Believe in yourself

Study hard

Give lots of kisses

Laugh often

Don't be overly concerned with your weight, it's just a number

Always try to see the glass half full

Meet new people, even if they look different to you

Remain calm, even when it seems hopeless

Take lots of naps..

Be weird whenever you have the chance

Love your friends, no matter who they are

Don't waste food

Take an occasional risk

Try to have a little fun each day.
......it's important

Share a joke with friends

Fall in love with someone..

...and say 'I love you' often

Express yourself creatively

Be conscious of your appearance

Always be up for surprises

Love someone with all of your heart

Share with friends

Watch your step

It will get better

There is always someone who loves you more than you know

Exercise to keep fit

Live up to your name

Hold on to good friends; they are few and far between

Indulge in the things you truly love

Cherish every Sunday

At the end of the day... PRAY

.......... And close your eyes

And smile at least once a day!
